Here’s a quick marketing idea for you. If you have loyal customers in your database, remember to take good care of them. They will be some of your best referral sources and they’ll can continue to visit you and spend money with you. So let’s see what we can do about that. Have you ever thought about sending them a little card saying thanks or sending them a card on their birthday, inviting them to come celebrate with you for birthday or an upcoming event? I found a great little app that I like to use. It’s called TouchNote. Now I’ll be the first to tell you I’m not receiving any funds back from TouchNote. I just think it’s a cool app. It allows you to generate a postcard, a card, and send out automatically all from your phone or from the web and you don’t have to take any of the standard time that would be required to do that in a manual capacity. It’s a nice automated way to tell people you, you’re thinking about them and that you appreciate them. So give that a shot. Let me know what you think.
