This school is meant to teach people who are looking into becoming a campground owner, show them what to look for, and the due diligence aspects of buying a campground. The school will show you all the steps through the closing procedure.
This school is for people who are looking to buy a campground; any campground. It does not have to be a KOA, but of course they’ll tell you the benefits are of having the KOA logo after your name and show you how that system and franchise works.
I would highly suggest that anybody who’s looking to buy a campground, take a good look at this school. It’s a small investment to learn an awful lot of information.
