Are you keeping an eye on the competition? Well, check out KOA’s latest upgrades to their website. You can see a live interactive reservation system, showing what sites are available. You can even choose your own site now and pay a SiteLock fee, that SiteLock fee is $10 per reservation from what I’ve seen, not a per day charge. Now we normally do see a per day charge.

They also are using dynamic pricing behind the scenes now on all of their parks with their new upgraded reservation system. So check it out, see how your park is doing.
